Vice President condoles the death of Shri K.Jana Krishnamurty

The Vice President of India and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha Shri Mohammad Hamid Ansari has expressed his heartfelt condolences at the passing away of Rajya Sabha member and former Union Minister, Shri K. Jana Krishnamurthy.

In a condolence message to his wife, Smt. Bhagyalakshmi, the Vice President noted that Shri Krishnamurthy was “always admired by the people for his dedication, sense of public service and honesty”. He said: “In his death, the country has lost a noted public personality who was always alive to the social concerns of our times”.

The Vice President has also conveyed his condolences to the members of the bereaved family and the wide circle of his admirers and friends.
